Once you buy Hydroxide, you automatically accept this Terms of Service (TOS). These terms apply immediately upon purchase and continue for the duration of your use.

We may update this TOS at any time. By continuing to use Hydroxide after changes are posted, you agree to the new terms.

❌ 2. Subscription Can Be Revoked Anytime

We reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate your subscription or access to Hydroxide at any time, for any reason — with or without notice.

• Violating the TOS
• Misusing the software
• Attempting to reverse engineer or resell it
• Engaging in shady or unauthorized activity 👀

🔁 3. Terms Can Change

We can change this TOS whenever we want, with no notice required. You're responsible for checking it once in a while. Continued use = continued agreement.

💸 4. No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks — unless we're legally required to. Please be sure before purchasing.

🔐 5. License Terms

You’re getting a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Hydroxide. You can’t share, crack, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it. Period.

⚠️ 6. No Warranties

Hydroxide is provided “as is” with no guarantees. We don’t promise it’ll work flawlessly or be bug-free. You use it at your own risk.

🛑 7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or losses — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or otherwise — resulting from your use of Hydroxide.
